RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

The Dakota Group aims to provide excellent service with the goal of complete customer satisfaction. Please note the following guidelines for returning or exchanging merchandise:
The supplier must be notified of all damaged or wrongly shipped merchandise within 20 days of receipt. A Return Authorization Number (RA #) is required for all returned or exchanged goods. The RA # must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned packaging. Failure to comply will result in the refusal of the return shipment. All shipments must be returned via Canada Post Standard GROUND. Postage will be reimbursed if RA is authorized and shipping methods are followed. *If upon inspection returned goods are deemed improperly returned, the customer will be billed for freight costs.
Exchanges may be issued at the discretion of the supplier. All decisions made by the supplier regarding exchanges are final. All freight costs incurred with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
A 20% restocking fee will be incurred if goods are returned with retailer labels or damaged packaging. These charges will incur at the discretion of the supplier.

Thanks so much,
